Including Apple genius bar, Samsung approved or you can send the device in to us and our trusted high-skilled engineers will repair the device for you. You can even choose to have the phone fixed at home or your place of work, at a time that is convenient.

12 month warranty

All our replacements are backed by a 12-month warranty. If you are in any way unhappy with the quality of any replacement phone we will swap it for another free of charge. What’s more we do this quickly and without fuss.

Online claims

When creating an insurance product fit for today, we decided allowing customers to register and process their claims at anytime was essential. Our online claims process is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (even Christmas day!). Meaning you can start the process of getting your phone back as soon as possible.

Repairs at Apple Genius Bars

Once authorised, and if more convenient you can choose to get your device repaired at an Apple Genius bar. We will then quickly and electronically reimburse you the cost. This option has proved particularly popular with our Apple customers.

Unauthorised Use

If your gadget is lost or stolen we will refund the cost of unauthorised calls, messages and downloads made from it after the time it was lost or stolen up to a maximum of £2500. Terms and conditions apply.

E-Wallet Cover

If your gadget is lost or stolen, we will refund the cost of unauthorised transactions made from your Credit / Debit card via your gadget, using an e-Wallet facility (providing an e-Wallet PIN has been set for all transactions).

Theft Cover
